Request Court Records Online
To request court records online, please complete the form below. If you are requesting to review court records at the courthouse, you will be contacted when the case file is available to review. If you are requesting to purchase copies of court records, you will be contacted with cost and a delivery time estimate.
Please protect your identity. Do NOT send your social security number, bank or credit card information through this portal. The clerk cannot guarantee the security of information or records sent through this portal. In addition, any correspondence, records, or documents sent to the clerk via this portal may be disclosed in accordance with Florida’s Public Records Law.
