For proper completion of your passport application, it's important to review the information and requirements on our Passport Applications page as well as the accepted forms of payments in the Passport Fees section. It can save you a lot of time and effort!
Schedule Appointment
Avoid waiting in line when you get to the courthouse by scheduling an appointment at MyOrangeClerk.com. Just provide some basic information including your preferred date, time and method of contact - that's it!
- You MUST bring 2 separate forms of payment. One of them MUST be a check or money order for the U.S. Department of State fees. All other fees are payable by debit/credit card or cash.
- All Passport Applications and supporting forms MUST be filled out in black ink only.
- You MUST bring one 2 x 2 recent color photo. Visit the U.S. State Department website for passport photo examples and requirements.
- Visit the U.S. Department of State’s Site @ https://travel.state.gov for updated processing times.
- Application must be completed prior to appearing at your appointment time.
- Your scheduled appointment will be held up to 15 minutes past your requested time. After that, we will assist you as a “walk-in” customer.
For Downtown Orlando appointments, allow yourself plenty of time to park and to clear security.
We currently do not accept same-day appointments, but Walk-Ins are always welcome!
